Meet the Team

  • Fabio Lemos Mejia

    OWNER

    Fabio began working as private practice and consultant for other companies on a broad range of projects from different typologies.

    Fabio is a skilled designer with experience covering local and international projects spanning diverse sectors, scales and stages with expertise in project management having managed multimillion-dollar projects and packages.


    Particularly proficient in concept design and shown this capability for more than 26 years across projects providing a diverse skill set ranging from building design, urban design, 3D modeling and visualization. He is an integral member of a design team striving for creative and innovative excellence.

    Fabio is currently a Owner at Lemos LLC where he utilizes his considerable design presentation and coordination skills on key projects throughout USA and internationally.

  • FABIO LEMOS ECHEVERRIA (BITO)

    PARTNER

    Bito grew up exposed to the design and construction world. His early exposure to the field opened his eyes to the various design methodologies and ideation. He began his architectural studies at Veritas University and transferred to The Academy of Arts University in San Francisco, California. He graduated with his Bachelors of Architecture and was part of the few selected student to receive the “President’s Honor Roll Award”.

    During his time in San Francisco, Fabio has worked for a firm called LDA Architects, where he as an intern and then a designer, has worked on multiple projects including medical facilities, commercial projects, and federal buildings. Fabio has a strong background in BIM and has set many of the standards for the firm’s process and collaboration.

    Bito, n 2020 he relocated to North Carolina where he became the Design Director and attends the projects for the East Coast.

  • ENGHELBERTH AVILA

    BIM CORDINATOR

    Enghel oversees the production of project information models which contain 3D visualizations that bring together data, drawings, and schedules associated with the design and construction phase of a project.

    He is responsible for delivering a business’s technology strategy and promoting the benefits of digital ways of working. Enghel supports a small team, ensuring that projects run smoothly and project information models are delivered on time. His role involves working closely with BIM coordinators who are responsible for managing the digital process.

  • JOSE FERNANDEZ (VENE)

    GRAPHIC DESIGN DIRECTOR

    In 1985 he created the advertising company PUBLIKE, with an operations center in eastern Spain, developing a multitude of national and international advertising campaigns.

    His role as head of the design department and an unbeatable business structure managed to put the company among the top 2 advertising companies in the area in the 80s and 90s.

    Jose L., with a fresh and innovative design, enters with force in various sectors, managing over the years to specialize for the most part in the design and advertising of tourist areas, sports, and construction.

    From 2005 to the present, he has been a part of the Flacorp LLC work team; where part of his work is the promotion of the different current and future projects that the company carries out and will carry out in the US and Europe.
